SHIPPING & RETURNS

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Please be aware that occasionally some clothing and accessory products from Ducati may be delayed due to manufacturing issues that are beyond our control.

Usually delivery can take up to 7-14 working days. Please note we are closed Sundays & Mondays. Orders received after 4pm on Saturdays will be processed on Tuesday morning.

shipping methods

We use Royal Mail or DPD to deliver your order. In-Stock items are shipped from our Ducati Preston Showroom UK. We will send you an email confirmation & tracking number* when your order ships. You can track your order online via your customer account at Ducati Store.
*Tracking number is determined by shipping carrier.

RUSH DELIVERY
If you need an item rush delivery, please contact us and we will see what we can arrange (additional shipping costs required for rush delivery).

AVAILABILITY & BACK-ORDERS

If you are unsure of an items availability, or if you need an item by a certain date, please contact us before ordering online. 

FACTORY ORDER / IN STOCK - Item is in stock with Ducati Factory. Usually these items are shipped out within 10-14 days, but this can sometimes be longer (2-4 weeks). If you need an item urgently, please call us to confirm availability and shipping.

IN STOCK PRESTON - If an item is in stock in our Preston warehouse, we try our best to ship out your order the same business day or next business day (During normal business hours, excluding holidays).

NOT IN STOCK - Please allow 7-10 Days for delivery on some items.
If an item is not in our own stock, we will order directly from Bologna, Italy. We do everything we can to get your order processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. In these cases, an item may require up to 7-14 business days to get to you.

SALE ITEMS (End of Line/Discontinued)
Special sale items such as 'End of line/Discontinued' items (50% off) may take up to 20 days for delivery since we may place a large order to Bologna, Italy. This is done to help keep shipping rates low, so we can pass those savings directly to our customers. No Returns or Exchanges on these types of sale items (unless faulty).

BACK-ORDERS (OUT OF STOCK ITALY)
Occasionally due to high demand & popularity, items can be out-of-stock in Italy and are waiting to be replenished from Ducati. Items can be on back-order anywhere from 2 weeks to longer. If this is the case we will notify you of the delay to allow you to decide if you want to continue with your purchase.


CANCELLED FACTORY ORDERS

Cancelled Factory Order/Special Order items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are unsure of fitment for a Factory Order item, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order.


TERMS OF SERVICE

Our Products
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site may be incorrect. The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

Website Prices
All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.

Our website contains a large number of Products. Occasionally, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price, or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. Please note that if the pricing error is obvious and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your order can be returned within 14 days from the date it was received by completing the Return Form enclosed with your order, or contacting us.

Items must be returned in their original condition, un-used or un-worn, with all the original packaging and labels attached.

Please note that there will be a 15% re-stocking fee on Sale Items, Special Order, Back Order & Out of Stock items that are returned to us.

Customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Discontinued, End of Line, or Special Orders
No Returns or Exchanges on these types of sale items (unless faulty).

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise
If an item is delivered to you in damaged condition, please contact us immediately to arrange a Return Authorization.

  • Delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.
  • All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address unless otherwise stated.
  • All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.
  • Smaller items may be delivered by post.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return any product purchased on Ducati Shop within 14 days from the delivery date.
Remember to test and verify the items before removing the product labels. It will not be possible to accept returns of items with missing or detached product labels.

There may be some temporary delays to our returns and refunds.
Once we have completed the quality control process, we will send you an email with information on the status of your request. If necessary, please contact Customer Services by filling out the form on our Contact page.

Reasons for return

  • The product is totally damaged (only with photos of the damage included and with the product in the original packaging)
  • Non-compliant goods: the product is different from the description (only with photos of the product included)

Reasons for exchange

  • I do not like the colour
  • I do not like the style
  • Wrong size
  • I have changed my mind

Returns conditions
Ensure that the products are in the same condition as the original packaging.
In the event that you no longer have the original packaging available, we kindly ask you to pack the product in a package suitable for transport.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and the refund or replacement will not be issued.

Return procedures for Exchange.
Please print and fill in the return and exchanges form below.
Once item received back, your request will be evaluated by our Customer Service team.
Customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Once quality control has been carried out, we will send you the replacement product or refund the cost of the product at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date of your return in our warehouse.
In case of return procedures for exchange from non-EU countries, both the shipping cost and the amount of taxes and duties for returning the product are charged to the customer.

Order Information
Enter your order number, and requested details exactly as they appear in the billing details you provided when you placed your order. Pay attention to upper/lower case and spaces.
You can find this information in your order confirmation email or in the “My orders” section of your account.

Cancelled Orders
If you cancel a factory order item, you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee

International Returns/Exchanges
Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage/customs charges for returns or exchanges.

International shipments should be marked as a "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not apply additional brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.

Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Ducati Manchester Ltd / Ducati Store upon delivery will be rejected.

Overseas/International Warranty Returns
We will assist international customers with warranty claims on items purchased with us. Items may need to be shipped back to the UK for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for any additional back and forth shipping charges.
