1) Deposit and Payment
A €300 deposit or Full Payment will secure a place on a trip. We will issue you with a booking confirmation and invoice for the outstanding balance via email, which will be required no later than two calendar months prior to departure.
If you are making a booking for a departure which is less than two months away, we will require Full Payment at the time of booking.
Payment can be made by Paypal.
2) Risk and Responsibility
Your participation in a trip is entirely at your own risk. We are NOT responsible or liable for any injuries you may suffer, fatal or otherwise. Also, we are NOT responsible for any loss or damage to your property, including your motorcycle, irrespective of how any damage may have been caused.
3) Insurances
a) Motorcycle - It is your responsibility to have the correct Motorcycle (Vehicle) Insurance – please remember to inform your insurance company of your intent to travel in Europe.
b) Travel - It is your responsibility to organise Travel Insurance for yourself / passenger.
c) Medical - The minimum requirement for residents of the EU is a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC).
As of 1st January 2006 the E111 form has been replaced by the new EHIC, further information can be found by visiting EHIC.
For other European residents, please visit your appropriate government web-site and search for EHIC.
For non-European residents, please consult your travel insurance provider.
4) Cancellation
a) If we cancel a trip, you will receive a full refund.
b) If you cancel your trip, you will be entitled to a refund within the following time constraints.

5) Detailed Changes
While we will do our very best to provide the services we describe, we also reserve the right to make changes to our advertised tours/prices/itineraries when considered appropriate. Such changes can include, but are not limited to, Accommodation problems, Industrial Action, Acts of God, etc.
6) Delays
We are not responsible for any delays to your journey, prior to you joining the trip at our departure point. It will be your responsibility to make and pay for any alternative arrangements for travel and accommodation.
7) Your responsibility to yourself and other tour members.
You are expected to ride in a courteous manner, in respect of other road users, and especially the other members of the tour. This is a group event and as such you, as a member of the group, have some responsibility towards other group members. If you look after them they will look after you.
We expect you to ride safely at all times, and it is your responsibility to be individually aware of the prevailing speed limits, road signs and rules of the road etc.
8) Discounts
Discounts via motorcycle clubs can only be claimed once.
i.e if a person
belongs to two or more motorcycle clubs which qualify
for discounts, they may only claim one per person
per tour. In the case of bookings made through charity
or fund-raising websites, no discounts are available,
even if the person belongs to a motorcycle club. A
pre-arranged donation will be made to the participating
organization
If you buy
a new Ducati from Ducati Manchester we will refund
you 50% of your tour within 60 days from your departure
date.
